How we lend
We are a small, director-run finance company. Every loan is appraised by the people who sign the sanction letter, and every borrower gets the loan agreement, its enclosures and a repayment schedule in writing before disbursement.
Once the loan is fully repaid, we issue the NOC and the hypothecation entry can be removed from your RC. Original documents are returned within 30 days of closure, as our Fair Practices Code requires.
We do not accept public deposits.
